IP Exchange emanates from a company devoted to mass data copying. It was founded in 1987 and it was mainly producing floppy disks for computer magazines. At that time, it had already specialized in data delivery.

In 1990-1993 remote data transmission became a neccessity. That's how one of the biggest mailbox systems in Europe was created.

In 1994 IP Exchange took over the German Internet market. In the time of 9600 baud- and 14,4kbit/s modems, a 256kbit/s backbone connection was a sensation.

Our data centers were built in 2000. Thanks to our professional experience they became some of the most successful and famous data processing centers in Germany.
